Contracts Are Symbolic

The contracts created on BDSMPact are symbolic and ceremonial documents. They are not legally binding. They do not constitute legal agreements, and they do not override any person's right to withdraw consent at any time, for any reason, without consequence.

BDSMPact is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. If you need a legally binding agreement, consult an attorney.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use BDSMPact to:

• Create content involving minors in any capacity.
• Harass, threaten, or coerce any person.
• Distribute contracts or content that depict non-consensual activity presented as acceptable.
• Scrape, mirror, or reverse-engineer the site or its services.
• Use automated tools to access the site in ways that degrade performance for others.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create on BDSMPact (contracts, quiz results, kink lists). We do not claim intellectual property rights over your content. We store it only to provide the service to you.

Our Intellectual Property

The BDSMPact brand, design, templates, quiz framework, and codebase are owned by us. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell our templates or premium content.

Disclaimers

BDSMPact is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data preservation, or fitness for any particular purpose.

We are not responsible for how you or your partners use the contracts, quizzes, or other tools on this site. All activities referenced on BDSMPact should be practiced with informed, enthusiastic, ongoing consent between all parties involved.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BDSMPact and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

Changes
